Building on its strong presence in the Far East, DasNet Corporation was recently awarded a multi-million dollar contract to provide equipment, installation and on-going support services for a major technology refresh of critical video communications systems. The new system will provide DasNet’s client, the U.S. Warfighter, with significant cost-savings, schedule reductions, extended system life, improved product quality and increased functionality.
Key technical elements of the project include the de-commissioning of the existing data wall system and replacement with a state of the art DLP solution. Cognizant of the need to conserve resources, DasNet’s solution will refresh and upgrade in-place systems wherever possible. Not only will this reduce the over-all cost to the client, it will shorten the disruption of mission-critical systems.
