DasNet Congratulates CSC on its SSES NexGen Win

New York, NY - October 29, 2012
The Army selected CSC as one of the prime contractors on the SSES – Next Generation contract worth $7 billion over five years.
  
According to Militaryaerospace.com, the U.S. Army has awarded multiple indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contracts under the SSES NexGen program, which supports the Army's Software Engineering Center (SEC). The contract has a ceiling of $7 billion, and spans two base years with one two-year option and one option year.
 
The SSES NexGen program will support Army systems and software across the entire lifecycle, from development through fielding and operational support. The contract concentrates on providing software-related support in three primary mission areas involving in-theater U.S. forces, business systems, and enterprise-wide components.
